Promoting training and leadership development events run by trusted Christian networks throughout New Zealand and helping churches raise the quality and effectiveness of Christian leadership across our movement.

Working with churches to develop healthy church growth plans and encourage their progress. Providing training events and promoting those provided throughout the body of Christ. 

The Alliance Director provides support and encouragement to Pastors at a monthly lunch meeting and through regular involvement with church. We also host an annual Leadership Retreat for our Pastors and their families.
